Years Volunteers Hours Branches Children
Every volunteer dedicates 8 months a year to impact 4-6 kids individually by focusing on personality development, improving emotional intelligence and developing a strong value system. The program adopts a result-oriented approach and has caused significant improvements not only in the kids but also in the volunteers. It differentiates itself by providing a long-term and committed engagement, every week, that enables impactful transformation in attitude, value and overall personality of the kids. We’re Currently setting up a national system and planning to expand to 6 cities by December 2020.

IMAD was certainly one of my most significant leadership experiences, working with underprivileged kids at the age of 18. Although I was very young and inexperienced, I was fearless and had an eagerness to serve the society, to make a difference. I clearly defined individual roles within the team and facilitated them to bond with each other. It was here that I realized the importance of personal relationships, escalations, incentivizing and prioritizing. I learnt the art to draw a road map in an unstructured atmosphere, quick decision-making and taking complete ownership of your decisions taken.
